Sand Casting is probably the oldest and most commonly used type of metal forming on the market today. It is capable of making large and small parts and can be used in many different materials. Sand castings will be made of grey iron or ductile iron. We can supply castings from approx. 10 kg to approx. 150 kg and with maximum part sizes up to 980 mm x 850 mm x 400 mm. Molding method package vibration extrusion line and automatic molding line. With this variety of molding methods, we are able to adapt to the weight, size and quantity required by our customers. Various secondary operations can be performed on sand castings. They include shot blasting, heat treatment, machining, surface treatment, assembly services, and even custom packaging
